Our Why

In today’s world, people who know how to differentiate themselves have the upper hand.  Developing a language for what makes oneself uniquely qualified and aligned with a specific area of study or work provides our participants with a way to stand out.  More importantly, it also helps them make decisions that align with their internal sense of purpose and meaning by integrating values into the conversation.

Numerical reasoning?  Timeframe orientation?  Visual comparison speed?  These are aptitudes we evaluate and help clients identify so that they can showcase their strengths.  High workcentrism?  Employers will love that value.  Strong sense of achievement – schools want to know.  These are values that can make the difference in identifying what makes you uniquely qualified verses peers with similar experience.

Knowing yourself well also provides a greater sense of purpose and happiness:

“It’s crazy how long we can go without knowing who we are.  We try to understand the world, but that understanding begins with knowing ourselves – down to the details.  There’s nothing selfish about it.  We become better people, and share more joy, when we find out who we are and start living authentically” (Suzy Welch)
