Our How
We use 4 different assessment tools that provide important, objective data to participants. Then, together, we engage in exercises and dialogue to identify what these data mean and how they can be used to ignite or refine a participant’s goals and next steps. The process is based on NYU Stern School of Business class “Becoming You”, a class with historic waitlists and the highest class ratings for effectiveness and impact.
