Founded by Elisabeth Schneider, LMFT

Elisabeth has over 20 years of experience in the field of personal growth and development. Starting as a Marriage and Family Therapist in 2004, she has worked closely with individuals and families navigating change and an uncertain future. In recent years, her work has expanded to include advising, consulting and coaching for individuals looking to change their career, re-enter the workforce or to launch into college or post college with enhanced clarity and intention.

She is in the process of becoming certified in Becoming You, the evidence based and highly acclaimed program taught by Dr. Suzy Welch at NYU Stern. She is also in training to become an Upbuild Certified Coach, a program that is aligned with the International Coaching Federation.

Elisabeth also has many years of experience working with families going through grief and loss, particularly loss of a pregnancy, infertility or loss of a child. She has trained clinicians across the country and has built and managed programs in counseling and loss in the Fairfield County Community.

Elisabeth is a graduate of Georgetown University School of Business (Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, 1997) and Fuller Theological Seminary (Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy, 2004). She recently completed the Harvard Medical School Palliative Care Education Program (2024).
